While our team wears bright turquoise uniforms (we're proud of our brand!), our discretion lies in our process. We handle everything via text/email and avoid knocking on the door unless requested. Your neighbors might see a professional cleaner, but they won't know the specific details of the job.

We've seen it all. Seriously. Years of buildup, multiple large dogs, completely overgrown - nothing shocks us. That's why we exist. The worse it is, the more satisfying the transformation.

Your pet's safety is our top priority. We use pet-safe, eco-friendly cleaning products and always ensure gates are properly secured. We always take a picture of the gate secured. We can work around your dog's schedule or clean when they're safely indoors.

Nope. Just give us gate access details and we'll handle everything. We'll text the day before with an ETA and a tracking link so you know when we're coming. We send before/after photos when we're done so you have proof of the transformation.

After we've completed the service. We just ask that you put an active card on file.

We take it away. We are now registered to transport the waste. So we're SEPA licensed and fully insured to transport the waste safely.

You will be seen within one week. We'll text you options as soon as you book. For urgent situations, we can often accommodate ASAP service.
